"I'm really disappointed and angry. Came in for a dip set and a pedicure. I had to ask Trish 3 different times to stop being so rough with me. She was grabbing me hard, and bending my fingers in directions they're not supposed to go in. She was making me jump it hurt so bad. Each time I asked her to be less rough, she would just say, "It's ok," until finally I said "No it's not ok, and you need to stop." She finally stopped. The dip set looks awful. Lumpy and uneven product placement, and even though I kept asking for them to be shorter, she didn't listen. I'm going to another salon to get them soaked off tomorrow. The pedicure was ok, but the lady scrubbed my feet so hard with the nail brush that she broke the skin, so I was bleeding a little bit... and then she touched that broken skin to a lotion nozzle that is used for the whole shop. Im concerned about an infection now. She also used my used nail file to take out sugar scrub from the community container. It was gross. One of the guys was laying on a table for facials with his dirty, dry, and crusty bare feet on the table that someone would lay on. It was so disgusting. You can see the black bottom of his feet in the picture, and that's where someone would lay to have a facial... This place is horrible. $140 for bad product, bad service, and being caused pain by two staff members. They're not very hygienic in my opinion... I will NEVER go back."
