"Horrible costumer service and attitude. After running after up the stairs I was treated with a bad attitude and still charged an $80 fee for being exactly 3 minutes past the cut off time (as I screenshot the time at 10:43 for a 10:30 appt). The last tech expected a text when I was never given a number to text and no contact info is given in text reminders. Lashes were over $200 and were bald and patchy after the first week. Once again was never given a number to reach out to so maybe I should happy I wasted $80 instead of the full $200 this time. Book here at your own risk."
