"ANOTHER ADD ON COMMENT: I waited a full month to hear anything from said owner/manager and NOT one word by text, email, mail or phone call, so much for customer service, they got my money and that is ALL they are concerned with!!! ADD ON COMMENT: I sent email to Customer Service, who replied very quickly that they would send my complaint on to the owner, which is the person who stated to contact Customer Service. It is just a vicious circle that they put you through. I did the sign in online and it stated it would be a 30 minute wait, after 30 minutes I went to the store, they checked me in and I waited another 20 minutes after that. There were 2 people ahead of me and 2 stylist doing hair cuts.I have not had a hair cut in about 5 years or so, I have cancer and chemo leaves you bald. This chemo lets my hair grow, but it grew very long in the back and not that much in the front or sides. I wanted a hair do that would make it look good. The lady did a blunt cut to the back of the hair, asked if it was ok and I asked for a little more off. There was nothing cut on the sides or front, when I asked, she stated next time I come in she can then cut that. I think I was out in 5-10 minutes at the most. I was charged $17.21 for this quick cut. It kind of reminds me of the scene in Coming to America where Eddie Murphy asks the barber to give him a hair cut and the barber cuts off his little pony tail and that's it. My friend states it looks nice and the back looks fuller, for it is very thin hair. I guess for the time I waited I wanted a little more time spent on cutting my hair"

"Do not waste your time scheduling an appointment here! This is the third time I tried to get my hair cut from this location. They either don't have the tech who can preform the simple haircut. Lack the tools or are unwilling to cut my hair. The staff will set limits to your haircut, they will not provide what you are asking for. The logic behind this is they are busy and will not accommodate. They have the clients styles saved in the system. If they can't help why go through the trouble to save the info. The staff is limited to the style each tech can preform. You will need to match their prefered demographic and abilities to receive service."

"1908 wellspring great clips location, This is my first time coming to this location after relocating to this part of town. I normally go to a barber shop but I was in a hurry due to a prior engagement. The wait was over an hour even though I checked in online. When I walked in I was not greeted. Nor was I asked if I had checked in. I guess because I look like a gang member they did not approach me. Their is only 2 employees and it seems like they are fresh out of school. I do not recommend this place"
