"Nice store, good luck getting anyone to answer a phone call, you have to listen to a robot give you information for 1 min and 21 seconds on the same info you get on Google in 4 seconds. Then you have 43 seconds of menu options then you wait almost 20 min before hanging up because no one answers the phone. You can spend the same time and gas and traffic to go to the store and ask. But then you wait 20 min up from before you can be helped and may possibly not even get the information you seeked or they don't have it available, As I am trying to use them for my business and marketing. I called the competition they got right to the phone with out 47 min of robots and waiting and gave me the information I needed and did not have to wait or waste a trip. They need a better system and management before I return to use them. Editing this, gave them another chance ordered my business cards for opening day 2 days ahead, each day I'm told it will be finished end of business day, I went in the next morning to check, and there still not finished and was told end of business day again. When I looked behind the print center they were not even started yet. This store is absolutely ridiculous and they have no concern or urgency for there customers unless you pay them a extra 20 bucks for same day this was never told to me. So I have opening day with no cards and staples to thank again for another skrew up"

"Great selection of merchandise. But the employees are too busy talking to each other about their weekend, to really help you. I couldnt find legal note pads and instead of Showing me Where they were, an employee just said "down the next aisle"..if this is the way that staples is going, I'll do my buying elsewhere. In Addition, If you are handicapped or disabled in any way, they still wont help you."
