If you want a hot tub right away go to sunfun pull outlet. You'll be soaking the next day. One happy soaker in New Mexico have a great day."

"The company should go out of business. No customer service what so ever. Employees quit cause they get tired of not getting any backing. How can they improve?; Have the company stand behind the product they sell. Return phone calls and take responsibility. Dont sell something they wont service. Tell Richard Heinsman to stand up and be a real owner of the company. Our Eco spa here in colorado is not usable cause of the lids on it, it does not seal. Dirt, humidity escaping causing mold and other maintenance issues. The whole thing sounds good but it's based on the principal that it seals and it doesnt. Richard doesnt stand behind it either. He wont return phone calls either. Buyer beware. This company has a warranty they wont stand behind so it means nothing. Buyer beware."

"In our opinion, this company goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and we highly recommend them! My husband and I purchased a hot tub from Rich at the Home Remodel and Pet Expo in Rio Rancho on the 25th of March. We have wanted a hot tub for some time now but very hesitant to purchase one for many reasons. Rich really took the time to speak with us, find out what our needs were and why we have yet to purchase a hot tub. After learning this he went over our concerns and showed us how his tub exceeded all our expectations and reservations. Needless to say we were impressed with his product and purchased it. We expected to have our hot tub in about a week but to our surprise, we received a call from the delivery/set up team the following day asking if they could come set it up that afternoon! They arrived and had our unit installed in 1.5 hours. They even took the time to adjust our electrical outlet to better fit the tubs plug. When everything was done, they explained how to use everything and gave us recommendations based off their personal experience with the product. Both employees were extremely professional, friendly and knew their job. Thank you Rich and team! We are very pleased with our unit!"
