"Been trying. To return a breaker, that I bought I lost the receipt. Then my card compromised So i was told that was the only way to return it.been looking for the receipt.Finally went to another store and they said they can look it up through Genesis. Buy my name, so I finally made it down to Lowe's.And talk to the manager Tim.He said i'm out of the 60 days and told me to call the 1800 number and said good look brother. He didn't even try to help out even when I told him how lone I have been trying to get help."

"OK, so I understand this is a store for construction supplies, but this place is filthy; looks like the floors have not been swept in weeks. There are no flat carts to be found in the isles of lumber, or anywhere else for that matter. I had to hunt for one, only to find it at the opposite side of the store. The attitude of the employee behind the Pro Desk was horrible. (I believe he was the manager of the Pro Desk.) All he could do is yell for Sara on the PA system for her to report to the Pro Desk. The poor girl got there out of breath and was helpful to us. Five other employees standing around the desk and Sara apologizing to customers because she couldn't wait on them. (Kudos to Sara!) We rented the machine to blow in insulation and returned it same day. The Pro Desk was already shut down for the day and no other employee seemed to know how to refund the return. The aisles are in disarray, and difficult to navigate. Doubtful if we'll return there, unless absolutely necessary."

"I was looking for a particular light bulb, and Diego helped me search for the bulb. It was several minutes of searching only to find out that they don’t carry the one I needed. Diego told me the base size so that I could check at a different hardware store because of the unique size. I was successful in finding the light bulb at a local hardware store. Thank you Diego, you made my search easier, and I’ll definitely be back for my other home needs."
