Clean store , there were some items that weren't in stock but unlike other stores some items remain unstocked until a shipment comes in. regardless of the minor issues the store is in a good location and good store to visit better than the store on hotel loop"

"My purchase was easy, a $60 printer. The last time I bought one was 22 years ago this wireless was confusing so I to spend another $100 to have a Geek install it. During this time UNBEKNOWNST to me I received a scam call from "Geek Tech" claiming to be affiliated with Best Buy & Geek Squad but their logos where wrong! But they DID have my purchase and Tech service call, I'm thinking I or BB was hacked or my info was given."

"Worst experience with appliances in my life. I received 2 text verifications after purchasing the washer a week prior. My wife went online to check the status and it showed that you canceled the delivery. You never contacted us. So my wife and I both tried to get hold of someone and it took multiple attempts both by texting and calling to get any help. I even was hung up on by a customer service representative because I asked what the problem was. She said she didn’t like my tone and hung up. I won’t make this mistake again. Once I get the washer I will be done with Best Buy."
