"I went in to the store on a mission to purchase a chair and ottoman - already chosen from browsing online. I wanted to see it in person, sit in it, curl up and make the final decision yes or no. First salesman ditched me to take a phone call-so I quickly located another associate. Start to finish under 15 minutes bought, paid, scheduled. Buying IN STORE can save money but be prepared to prove the price - they honored the lower online pricing. Also buying IN STORE you have an easier time resolving any issues or returns. All in all a great job and now I hope delivery schedule is met so I can enjoy my new chair!"

"I decided to edit this after additional time. The initial process was great. Salesman was very helpful and attentive. When we purchased our couch and desk we were told 2 weeks. We were contacted about 1 week later to arrange delivery and the subsequently received confirmation of the date. Ultimately about 10 days from purchase. Come the day before delivery and I still hadn’t received a time for delivery. I called and was transferred to the national customer service line (basically useless) who told me it was on back order and it would be an additional 4 weeks. When I told them I had already received confirmation, they said it was a mistake. When I was finally able to contact the local store directly, they told me that when I was sent confirmation, every piece was in and they were unsure what happened. I told them I had already sold my old couches as a result of the confirmation and I was no without couches. Their solution was to apologize and that was that. When I finally received notice of delivery, it was an additional 2 week delay. Almost 8 weeks after purchase and we have no couches as we sold ours, as I mentioned above. The least they could have done was waive the delivery fee for their mistake and ongoing delays. Hopefully no further issues or I’ll be requesting a full refund and I’ll never go back."
