"Took an hour to get a call back quote . Then they were closing at 5. It was 448 I was 10 minutes away I asked the lady on the phone if she could stay open 5 more minutes and she said no .. I would have thought for a new customer they wouldn't mind. But I guess in these times they don't need money like everyone else. Must be nice"

"They have good customer service but dale gave me a very good quote on my truck I paid all the fees to get it insured then about 1week later I get a letter in mail saying I'm getting dropped from my insurance because I have a lift on my truck??? Never heard about this before I called dale and he acted like he couldn't help me anymore I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone they suck!"
