"Staff needs to listen and give the right orders to people. Every time I've been here I have always had to correct them and always something missing, or the wrong order. Staff needs to work on communicating with the people better. 1 star because a place can have so many chances to be better but still it has failed to improve. There is always room for improvement. Let's hope it changes."

"I'll preface this review with the fact that I specifically drive out of the way to go to this McDonalds. My review is based on my recent experience, and I will say that I've noticed my experience at this place is becoming more consistent to the following: The drive thru had a 10-minute wait, for some reason. I was hungry, so I stayed; many people left the line, though. The staff here clearly are just there to get a paycheck. No friendly greeting from them, they just read out my order and reached out to receive my payment. Not the best experience this time."

"Absolute B-Team tonight. They did not get my order right. 2 normal mcchicken sandwiches, when eating, 1 normal and 1 hot'n'spicy. Nuggets, 2 were fine and then the rest were hard and not that good. Asked for a milkshake, denied cause they didn't have any. And also, I pretty sure it's like 3-4 sauces per for a 10 and a 20pc nugget, got like 2 sauces. Also asked for BBQ sauce, did not get that. Stay away from this McDonald's as they have hearing issues and or have issues following instructions."

"I moved to this area recently, and this was my first visit to this location. I was shocked to see that they seemed adequately staffed and they were getting orders at very quickly. Some McDonald's in Albuquerque operate like a slow motion train wreck and are filty like an explosion occurred. This looks like a well-run McDonald's and I will be back."
