"They won't accept cash for payment, but they have a cash tip jar next to the register. First off, tips for what?..doing exactly what you're already getting paid for?.... and of course second, if you can't accept cash as payment for the product, you have no business asking for cash tips. I already reached out about this mulitple times, and nobody has contacted me back, so that is why it is now on here. In response to the obviously not genuine response from Einstein Bros bagels: come on. You can at least act like that isn't a computer generated response... ALSO I will not be reaching out to yet another source for this complaint. You've had multiple opportunities to respond to my inquiries about this issue and have not. I will simply leave this review in hopes others take it into consideration and not be spending me money with your establishment."
"The bagels and sandwiches are delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Nova Lox. I got a hazelnut coffee and it was wonderful. The workers here are kind, courteous and make this a brighter place for lunch or breakfast."
"I asked three times to make sure my order didn't have tomatoes because I'm allergic to them. Each time I was told they left the tomatoes off. Unfortunately when I checked there were still tomatoes on my sandwich. Fortunately I caught the problem before I drove away but it took much longer than necessary."
