"It’s 8am and I live in tijeras and wanting a burrito for here so I make the 30 minute drive because it’s the closest location to me and I make my order, “#1 no hash browns add egg add bacon with red” 9.40$ burrito keep in mind. I get my order and I make the 30 minute trip back home and open it expecting it to me a decent sized burrito and this is what I got. The absolute smallest thing I’ve ever seen from this place with non of the add ons I asked for. (Water bottle for reference) I don’t make reviews literally ever but mor than 9$ for this? Ridiculous."

"The woman who took my order was very nice. That was the only positive part of my experience. I paid 8$ for a Frito pie that was served cold in the bottom of a Fritos bag. The order of onion rings contained 7 onion rings dripping with grease. The burger buns were soaked with grease. I told the skinny guy who handed me my order it looked gross and he just stared at me. I visited on 3/8/24 around 7:45pm my order number was 44. I was wearing black and gray with 3 other people who ordered after me. My visit can be verified by the camera footage. Sorry to see Blake’s continuing decline."

"The Lowes store ordered 160 breakfast burritos for a store meeting on a Sunday morning before opening. Mona and her team not only accepted the order, they went to work long before they opened just to make our burritos. They were able to have all 160 burritos before I got there at 530am! And not one burrito was left behind! They were delicious and fresh! Superb job!"

"This is the second time I've ordered from this location. The first time they forgot my side of bacon and I didn't notice until I got home. Tried repeatedly to call and tall to someone but it just gets forwarded to vm. Tonight I ordered a burger and when I got home and unwrapped it.....it's some sort of chicken sandwich. I tried calling them again today regarding this issue and my call was again forwarded."

"Seems like there’s always something with this location. 8/10 times we deal with rude employees, order is wrong way too many times, and now a nasty, thick hair in my burger. We love Lotaburger and support local, but this specific location is frustrating. I’m so tired of thinking it’ll be different every time we go."
