"Growing up in Albuquerque developed in me a true love for "Red or Green" culture. Living out of state now makes me crazy living without it, so, when I visit I want the real deal food of the "Burque!" Tia Betty Blues is my new favorite. My Navajo sculptor friend, Natiya, introduced me and now I'm hooked. You can see in the pictures the food, and they don't skimp. Look at the size of that Carne Adovada burrito compared to his hands. It's massive! I got a 4-egg omelette smothered in green chile with calabacitas (zucchini and corn), and my other friend had blue corn waffles with strawberries. Next time I'm in Albuquerque this will be the first place I go, and probably more than once. I highly recommend it, especially in warm weather, when you can sit outside. I think the owner also has the Waffleria (?)."
"Can’t go wrong with this place! The food is fresh and tasty. The service is great. The prices are wonderful. You owe yourself a visit to Tia Betty Blues when you’re in Albuquerque. Authentic New Mexican food as well. The savory is just as good as the sweet breakfast. Delicious tacos and burritos. I recommend the green chili over the red. Free drink refills. Tia’s is a little place. Support your local business and be rewarded with one of the BEST breakfasts and lunches around."
"I love this little place! Yes, the seating is limited (outdoor seating in warmer weather)but I think it adds to the charm. They focus on the food. Quality ingredients, prepared with pride. They have scrumptious tacos and HUGE burritos (so much to eat—plenty to share!) along with tasty fruit cups, chili, and blue corn waffles..YUMM!! You will not be disappointed with Tia’s. Free refills in drinks too. Recommendation: the green chili here is awesome!"
"This place is amazing! You know how you think a burrito isn't enough. It's so much. It's more than enough. It takes 2. It's crazy huge and very tasty. The red is better in my opinion but the green is nice and hot. The waffles aren't as tasty as Tia B waffeleria. But they give you a ton more fruit and that's awesome. If you're hungry I suggest this location instead."
"Good place to try. Their blue corn waffles are so good. I also really liked their sausage too. The French toast was yummy. We got there a bit late so they were already running out of supplies like the whipped cream for our waffles & French toast, but they were still packed with people. We didn't have to wait long for a table though. This place does not have table order service. You walk in and place your order at the register and they give you a number. They will bring your food to the table though. The food the people had sitting next to us look good too, so now we're going to have to go back to try something else. I would recommend giving this place a try but come early. If you read my review, please hit the like button. Thank you."
