"My recent experience at the Albuquerque location for a small work group lunch left much to be desired. Despite anticipating a satisfying meal, the Mongolian beef I ordered was disappointing in both taste and presentation. The rice accompanying the dish was excessively salty, drawing attention from all who had it in their orders. Furthermore, the beef itself appeared to be overcooked, resembling burnt or extremely dehydrated pieces. The delay in both taking our orders and serving the food compounded the disappointment. Contrastingly, I have previously visited the Alamogordo location and enjoyed a delightful rendition of the same dish. For comparison, I have attached photos of both locations' Mongolian beef orders, clearly depicting the disparity in quality. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, and I hope for improvements in the future."
"Went for dinner on a lovely evening. We sat on the patio. Aspen was an attentive waitress and brought us tastes of wine so we could choose a bottle to have with dinner. The only drawback was our dinner arrived before we had our wine. But with the relaxed atmosphere we were able to enjoy dinner and finish the wine. The pot roast was tender with a rich gravy. The meatloaf was good but slightly dry. All in all a wonderful experience!"
"Definitely a must do. Food is incredible and wait staff is so friendly…even in super busy times. We sat outside and the atmosphere was so laid back and relaxed. Not sure what it’s like inside. However, inside looks really nice. Country Pot Roast and Pasta New Mexico…yum yum. Great wine too."
"First time here since the name change, from St Clair, so a while. Same family. Friends invited us to live music. The music was great. We sat on the patio. When we called, the staff said we didn't need reservations, when we arrived staff asked if we had reservations, luckily we got a nice patio seat, just funny. Plenty of food options and they pair the food with a suggested house wine. Interestingly enough most dishes are paired with their Pinot, which tonight, they were out of..... Food was excellent. From the appetizers to main dishes. Definitely coming back and would recommend."
"I love this place! The meatloaf is choice as the “best” or “recommended” for a reason. Perfectly seasoned on the green beans, mash potatoes, and meatloaf. The fried onions on top have a nice crisp. We also had the calamari before this and was an okay starter, quite average. The brownie was sweet but indulgent, and the creme brulee is so good and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Nice atmosphere and very calm. The service was great."
