"Very disappointed! The place is dirty, walked in the bathroom and there was an inch of water all over the floor and smelled if sewer. Also, there were no signs of anyone working on the bathroom. Food came out either uncooked or overcooked. Hashbrowns were as hard as a rock, eggs raw and pancakes were crumbly. Avoid this place if at all possible. Server was at least attentive."
"I don’t know the hostess that works there, but the way she treated me, she acted like I was an enemy and seemed like she had no desire to sit me down or serve me in anyway at all. It was just me and my seven-year-old daughter, luckily I took her to the bathroom first thing and realized it was disgusting. There was mucus and boogers in the sink, pee all over the toilets and it smelled so bad in there, that bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week, not to mention to get to the bathroom you have to partially walk through the kitchen and the kitchen was disgusting. I’m sure it goes without saying that I turned around and left immediately and I will not be going back to that IHOP."
"Note to the waitress. It’s a good idea to bring two napkins for two diners, or at least check in to see if anything is needed. Good thing my hubby and I have been married long enough to consider sharing a napkin!"
"So myself and family ate here yesterday and today I have 2 separate transactions on my card one for my purchase of $40 and another charge of $80 for a purchase or tab that wasn’t mine! I’ve been back to the establishment spoke with a manager made a claim online as well as called the corporate number to no help or avail to me. My server was Jennifer also the one who made the extra charge on my card and the manager I spoke to was Ferris who did nothing to help me out. So I will keep contacting corporate etc until I get my funds back as well as an apology. Neither management nor corporate have reached back to me about a resolution. I wouldn’t recommend dining at this location and normally would be mindful of my own business when I saw cooks and cashiers kissing and fraternizing during our dine in but since this experience here has been so “ghetto” we’re going to tell ALL."
