"Wait time is ridiculous! Waited almost 25 minutes for a drive through order of 3 burritos. We were just passing through while traveling and wanted something quick. Burritos were tastey it just took way too long."

"I visited this Blake’s on the morning of 12-16-23. I received some of the worst service I have ever had. I ordered two bacon burritos with green Chile. I waited over 30 minutes to get our food. When the attendant finally came out she was carrying 3 orders and none of them were ours. She asked what we had ordered and I repeated it 3 times and she kept asking me if it was any of the orders she had. I said no it is two bacon burritos for the 4th time and then she said” I don’t know” and walked off. A simple I’m sorry let me deliver these, then I can go find yours would have sufficed. I pulled around the drive through to go inside and look for my order only to find that the customers inside were being ignored. I left without getting my money back or receiving my order. The lack of care the customer employees had was so bad I just left."

"My mom and I come to this Lotaburger at least once a week. The staff is always so nice and always has our food ready. The prices have also stayed consistent and it’s affordable for us as a frequent takeout spot. We love this location. We keep coming back because of the food (obviously!) but also the professional and kind staff."

"The best comfort food. Burger with geen chile was perfectly cooked. My fries were crispy and seasoned just right. The 4121 Coors Blvd location is my favorite. Food is always excellent, service is great."
