This place isn't the classiest place in Valencia County by any stretch of the imagination but it probably is the funnest AND most importantly the most DELICIOUS!!!! These ladies are fun!!!! Service is outstanding!!! They make you feel like family!!! And the food!!! My GOD the food!!! Cooked with love!!! So yummy!!! Comfort food all the way!!! Eggs...perfect!!! Pancakes...perfection!!!! Green chile....on point!!!! Only open breakfast and lunch if I recall but that's all you need when you're seving up quality eats!!!! A true gem in our community!!!!"

"The restaurant appears to be family owned. The food is excellent every time I go. The Staff is very friendly and very prompt getting the food to your table. Besides it's a nice forty mile ride from rio rancho down there on the motorcycle."

Real cream with my coffee, carne adovada breakfast burrito as big as a football covered in red chile. Huevos Rancheros got their name here."
