We loved the history lesson with refreshments following the flight! I was particularly impressed with their concern for safety; our original flight was supposed to be yesterday but got scrubbed due to conditions. Today’s flight was fabulous! "I spent hours looking for the right people to create a magical experience for our mother's bucket list wish. I promise, there is no need to look further, because these are the people!! They bring phenomenal communication, extended years of experience, elite service and comfort to the table. We felt like royalty from beginning to end. From the moment Keshia picked us up, we were at total ease. (Because, well...we had some anxiousness...lol.) Our mother was over the moon with the accommodations. There were concerns about her semi-limited mobility of getting in and out of the basket, but Justin personally helped her, making it effortless. The entire crew was fast, efficient and very friendly. The customer service was impeccable, right down to the exact timing of seeing the sunrise peaking over the Sandia mountains. This family business is doing it right.
