"She is an amazing Dentist! Been seeing her with my family for over 30 years. Simply the best!"
"Great dentist, been seeing her for years now, as does my wife and our 4 year old."
"The crown she did on me doesn't even look like a tooth. Just a blob of white stuff. It's to large and.looks horrible. I never went back."
"Dr. Mondragon and her staff are phenomenal. She is the best dentist my family and I have ever been to. Not only is she amazingly talented but she is incredibly compassionate. She takes such wonderful care of my mom, who has dementia. I am so grateful I found Dr. Mondragon over ten years ago. Thank you Dr. Mondragon and Juan! ❤️"
"One on the worst dental experiences ive had in my life. I had been dealing with some pain for a month or two and all of a sudden, when i would eat it would almost drop me to my knees. I'm new in NM and have weird insurance that most dentists dont take. One of my patients saw the pain i was in a recommended her. I called and described what was going on. The man at the front desk was amazing. Called my insurance and ended up getting me in, in week. 2 days after making my appt, i had a fever of over 100 on and off all and had cold chills. By the evening, my fever was at 103. I called the doctor i work with and she called in an RX for antibiotics. If there was an infection, it could have caused more damage before even seeing the dentist. Finally when my appt time came, she pushed and poked and tapped. She tapped on a crown i have and it hurt bad. She stated i was just jumpy. Then she questioned my pain tolerance. 1. I dont think many people are all that comfortable going to a dentist. 2. I have had 2 back surgeries and a hip surgery and almost NEVER take the pain meds im offered. I have a pretty high pain tolerance according to my surgeons. She also asked if i was bipolar. Yes, i am on medication to help w anxiety and mild depression. She indicated that the fever must have just been due to allergies (havent had issue w allergies for the 31 years ive been around) Her line of questioning made me uncomfortable. Non the less, i was there and i wanted her to fix my filling that was cracked (oh wow, i didnt make up pain) aside from almost choking on the chucks flying into my throat, i am in more pain now than before. The tooth with crown hurts constantly and the tooth she "fixed" has a different kind of pain. My new dentist said they have to redo the filling (originally between 2 teeth) because she didnt fixed both after drilling both out. I hurt. I havent had a day without a headache since i saw her. She was rude, awful bedside manor, with me at least...and she had zero compassion for someone in pain. I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy. If i could take away stars, i would."
