"That manager Cliff from the pizza 9 Revel location needs to be fired immediately he called me and my fiancé “stupid spics” on Friday morning after we told him why our food was taking so long not only did he call us racial slurs but yelled at us in front of other customers behind us in line they also heard him being racist to us that’s why I’m leaving a 1 star review on that location unless that manager gets fired"

"We ordered pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and ravioli. I love pizza. I must say this ranks up with the worst pizza ever. The pizza had barely any sauce was burnt and not cut at all. The meatballs in the spaghetti looked like frozen meatballs stuck on top of spaghetti. I can't believe this place compares themselves to Chicago. I would have been better off with dominoes, pizza hut or even little ceasars!!"

"I hate seeing all these terrible reviews for a company I used to work for. I worked at the corporate office for 2 years and had nothing but positive experiences. The owners of the company are family oriented and treat everyone they meet with care and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and I love their pizza to boot!"

"Called to place an order at the coors and I-40 location while placed on hold, I overhead a 2for 2 for 2 special for 25.99, when I placed the order was told the price went up to 29.99 and had not updated it on the hold menu line and the Manager Sal would not honor the pricing I just heard while on hold. If this is something you guys are offering I feel it should be honored or update your info, was not a happy customer."

"We ordered a pizza online and were prompted to pay $3.95 delivery fee; not an issue, at the Santa Fe, NM location. As the order was placed online; I received a call from the store and advised they have to charge me an additional $5 tip for the driver. I advised them this is not on the website or stated and was advised this is the store policy. Had to argue with the manager to cancel my order and refund my money. Was told it will take several days to return my money; unacceptable."
