"I am very disappointed in their billing practices, extra charges, and lack of customer service. Seems like they always add extra charges that I am not aware of and are not covered under my insurance. I had tried to call the office and they don't call back so I had to keep calling them. When I finally called, the third time, about an extra charge I was told, they don't let insurance "dictate" the service provided. Obviously they didn't let me have a say in what services I wanted. This last instance occurred when I had an appointment for a third cleaning, within the year, since my insurance would cover the cost. So it's not like my teeth were neglected. However the dentist came in during the cleaning. It was awkward because I thought he came in to say hello, good customer service. I didn't want to be rude and tell him I was only there for a cleaning not his exam. I guess in this office you need to be up front... to the point of being uncomfortable. He had just filled a cavity several weeks before and he said he wanted to make sure everything looked good. I obviously feel they don't value me as a customer and don't work with their customers in advance to elevate surprise billing."
