"From beginning to end, my experience with Valer dental was a nightmare. It took 10 months for me to receive one implant and 5 veneers. The temporary veneers I had received were placed improperly, and turned black, and when I confronted the dentist, she said it was because I drank coffee, and never took responsibility for not setting them properly. Also, I was charged $695 for an occlusal guard that I never received. I never even gave them the green light to make one for me. This clinic is severely understaffed which pushes them far behind schedule. I never had an appointment that started on time. Also, I was once in a treatment chair for 3 hours for a simple check-up. Appointment was at 6, and I left the clinic after it had closed around 9pm. They are also surprising me with other bills that was never made apparent to me, which goes against the “No Surprise Bill Act”. If you want to save yourself a headache, I would avoid this corporate run office and find yourself a family practice who actually cares for you."

"Taking my non-verbal autistic adult brother to Valer has been a wonderful and heartwarming experience, especially given that he was previously turned away from other dental offices. Valer however, welcomed him with open arms and accommodated to his needs all while displaying genuine kindness from the doctor and staff. I am deeply grateful for their superb service and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"The place is nice and clean but the price is similar to other orthodontist that offer braces and the only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because when you schedule an appointment expect to wait close to 40 minutes until they call you back. But you can’t be more then 10 mins late but they schedule 7 people for the same time and we all show up and then slowly they call us back so every appointment I’ve had I have had to wait 30-40 minutes until I’m seen. Other then that no complaints. Orthodontist is good and so are the techs."
