"I called multiple times to attempt to confirm my appointment a week prior to said appointment, on the day of when I was trying to make sure it was still on, they advised me they couldn’t see me for the time I had scheduled 3 months in advance. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very unorganized and poor patient/ customer service."
"For the most part, our experience was awesome. I didn't appreciate the girls talking about my financial situation amongst themselves in front of my kids. That was very unprofessional. I also would have appreciated if the doctors had spoken to me about each child individually instead of jumbling them a together."
"Where should I start? Appointment was at 3:30 had 19 people called ahead of us. Finally 55 mins later I go up to the counter and NO one can find our folder yet the woman that checked us in was sitting right there. Mind you I’m with a 3 Year old for his first eye exam. They say ok you’re next and 3 others get called before us. So I go up again only to be greeted by an attitude at this point I wanted to leave but had already wasted 60 mins so we stayed.. then the third tech comes in trying to get my son to keep his eyes straight as she huffs and puffs about it not being correct then rudely escorted us to another room with a Doctor who she repeatedly reminded how horribly he had done looking through the machine. Thanks Amy you shouldn’t work with children if you’re going to huff and puff about them. Then picking glasses was a nightmare no one assisted us. No one told us what size would be suitable: all around a bad experience except the wonderful WOMAN doctor."
"The vision Dr. is always great! He takes time to explain the exam and the results with my child. The only complaint I have is that the desk staff does not always provide great customer support. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes before someone actually spoke to me even though several employees made eye contact with me."
"Brought my foster kiddos in for exams one of the kiddos has a developmental delays she couldn’t really answer his questions. the eye doctor seemed a little rushed and indifferent about her exam the rest of the staff was super great . Felt like we got good info from the doctor but a little more bedside manner would go a long way!"
