"Dr. Yee-Paiva was EXCEPTIONAL! I had not seen a dentist since Covid began. She needed to extract an infected molar. Dr.Yee thoroughly explained all my options, and educated me on a med I was taking that affects dental health.She was gentle and made sure that I felt NO PAIN. Her assistant, Mika, was an incredible and kind coach to help me through the suctioning and injections. She could tell I was nervous. The front desk people, Larry- super thorough in contacting my insurance and explaining my coverage. Efficient and welcoming. Miss April was very kind, and Christy was a very sweet and patient. Follow-up was fantastic. I actually am looking forward to continuing the care of my teeth wuth such a great team. I highly recommend Dr. Yee and Albuquerque Modern Dentists."

"The people are alright, nothing extraordinary, but the thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was they said it would be $63 for a new patient exam, but they charged $200 because "that deal is only for people who do not have insurance". I only came here for a second opinion, and they quoted $2,000 more then what aspen dental quoted me, and that's not including the periodontal scaling plus root cleaning that aspen dental included with there quote, and is vital for my gum health. Aspen Dental's quote without insurance with scaling and root cleaning=$5,654. Albuquerque modern dentistry=$7,786 without insurance, same procedure but without scaling and root cleaning. It's as good a dentist as any, but if you don't want to pay more for less, I recommend you try elsewhere, or at least get a second opinion from another dentist."
