"Dr. Staker and his assistants are a joke to the dental community. I went in for free dental day and I was asking questions. Doctor Staker told me "in the time that I was answering your questions, I could've been helping other people" He Also told me that I should wait until I get insurance to get my tooth extracted. It was FREE DENTAL DAY that was the whole reason I went. He also told me that he never heard Of the other locations doing 3 services on free dental day. He said "I've never heard of that" i said "Just because you've never heard of it doesn't mean it didn't happen" Also him in his assistant were sitting there. Talking about marijuana while they were doing my teeth.. He's the kind of dentist that just does it for the money. He doesn't care about people's well being. But karma isn't biased & doesn't miss ANYBODY... KARMA ON YOUR HEAD DR STAKER!"

"Love the evening appointment options! Dr. Pacheco was able to see me same-day for both of my emergency visits. He’s understanding and (most importantly) gentle. He walked me through the treatment plan and asked if I had any questions before taking action. I’ve had bad dental anxiety since childhood and it’s such a relief to find an office that doesn’t add to that stress. I’d recommend this office to anyone needing care."

"my appointment was canceled twice then when i was finally seen by dr allan staker he and his assistant were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. allan and his assistant were having a conversation about her love life while he had tools in my mouth and, when he was responding about the assistants upcoming date he would pause his work in my mouth, take his eyes off my mouth and talk about her date. i stated once that i was uncomfortable with him delaying my dental work to have that conversation and that i felt nervous to have him take his eyes off my mouth while he had tools in my mouth. he disregarded my concern and continued to talk incessantly about her date while i was in the chair. i expect a doctors full attention while i am in an appointment. this is the most poor manner ive ever experienced from a dentist. i would highly recommend AVOIDING this office."

"I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, but this was among my most pleasant! I highly recommend Comfort Dental on Alameda. Dr. Stakwr was friendly, funny, and thorough. I also appreciate the wide span of hours and that they're open on Saturdays. And unlike most other dentists you visit, they can actually see you and get you in, even without an appointment. Their prices are very reasonable, and everyone at this office is so friendly and kind. I had to visit this office three times for a problematic tooth that ended up needing a root canal while I was in town traveling, and each time was a very positive experience (and that's saying a lot since I was going to the dentist!). If you don't live in ABQ and need a dentist while on the road, or if you do and you're looking for a new regular practice to call your own, I endlessly recommend Comfort Dental and Dr. Staker on Alameda!"
