"I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing braces for the third time, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this orthodontic clinic. First of all, let's talk about the staff. The receptionist seemed completely uninterested in helping me and barely acknowledged my presence when I walked in. She was rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unimportant. But the worst part of my experience was when I had to go to another clinic to fix my permanent retainer that was put in. Not only did it break and I was uncomfortable, but it was also causing me pain. The receptionist at this clinic did not want to help and told me that I needed to figure it out. I had to spend additional time and money to fix their mistake, which was incredibly frustrating. Lastly, the cost of the treatment was exorbitant. I understand that orthodontic work can be expensive, but the prices charged at this clinic were completely unjustifiable. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and that my financial well-being was not taken into consideration. Overall, my experience at this orthodontic clinic has been nothing short of a disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone in need of braces to seek out a different provider who values their patients and provides quality care."
