"Not the place to go if you have a referral for a root canal. Their policy makes it hard to get help. Even if you have a referral you need to first be established with their dr. and have their doctor approve the referral, which is its own appt and then you can have another appt for a root canal if then the endodontist agrees you can have a root canal. That's too many hoops to jump through well I'm in pain and already have the referral. Leaving a 1 star because of the pain I'm in and how unhelpful the entire process was."

"I had a swelling in my cheek near my jaw. I thought it was one of my teeth, Then in the morning while eating breakfast. It's swelled up quite rapidly to over the size of a golf ball. So I called doctor king's office. And told them I think I may have an emergency. They asked me to come in as quickly and safely as I could when I got there. They got me in just as soon as they could and of course, doctor king was very attentive and concerned and her professionalism shined through once again. I have been with their office now for I think around 4 years. And always have received great service and care doctor king Informed me that I had a stone in One of my saliva glands and that the saliva was backed up. She gave me her recipe for success. Which included warhead candy LO. L. And by the next day I was already getting better now on the 2nd day. I am much better thank you doctor king and team."
