"I never write bad reviews, so that's how I know this was bad. First, I'm in my thirties and needed wisdom teeth surgery because my mother was medically negligent so I didn't get this surgery in my teens, and the first words Dr. Cundick said to me were, "You need a time machine." He was implying I need to go back in time and get them done earlier, which of course is something I know I should have done but do not have the ability to do so. I did not appreciate this bedside manner at all. I guess the surgery went well, and maybe Dr. Cundick is good at that part of his job, but then five days later, I was in the worst pain I have ever been in, and this includes my c-section. I called the after hours number seeking guidance and was told to "put clove oil on it." This was on a Friday night and no one followed up with me the next week. I called again that Friday and had someone tell me that it might take me longer to heal, that my extreme pain was probably normal because "you are old." I ended up going to my regular dentist who prescribed me an antibiotic because my wisdom teeth sockets were infected. I absolutely hated paying this office so much money for such poor treatment. I wonder if part of the problem is that they know they are the only office that can perform some surgeries so they don't feel the need to treat their patients well because we have no choice."
