"-1000/5 stars. This dental office has been appallingly rude and unprofessional to my mother and grandmother. They sold my cash-paying grandmother 4 implants that she did not actually need. While placing one of the implants, Dr. Milne refused to listen to her when she stated that something felt wrong with it during the appointment, then it fell out the very next day. In the time since, another of the implants have failed, and the office has not taken any steps or measures to fix it or refund her the several thousands of dollars that she spent for it. My mother, who is a Medicaid patient, has repeatedly scheduled treatment with them, but when the appointment time came, she was told that she wasn't on the schedule and pushed out the door. She feels discriminated against, due being a Medicaid patient. She recently called the office, stating that she was in pain and needed to get some anterior root tips extracted and was treated like garbage. They hung up on her and then proceeded to tell her that they would get her scheduled in March regardless of her being in pain. Even though they had emergency visits available. They refused to submit any pre-authorization to Medicaid to get her a denture on her lower arch, stating that they "don't do that". At this point, my family and I are ready to report this office to the dental board of New Mexico, in the hopes of getting their money returned for the inadequate and appalling care they received. Wouldn't recommend this office to any loved ones or people who are in serious need of treatment."

"Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. They got me in within a day (as a new patient) to look at an aching tooth, found a cavity during the exam, and filled the cavity (even though I wasn't there for fillings!) all in less than an hour. All staff polite, respectful, and knowledgable."

"Everyone here is absolutely wonderful treating me great made sure I was comfortable and not in pain with all the work that I needed done I've been to many dentist office in Colorado and New York and none of them lived up to the same caliber that this office has. Somewhere I would recommend any day of the week to just about anyone! Thank you so much for all you've done and eliminating so much of my pain!"

"I am terrified of the dentist due to an unfortunate incident at the Sundance in Gallup. I was hesitant to try any other ones. I decided to not let one bad case define all others so I went ahead and made a much needed appointment here. To say I was surprised by the amazing care I received and continue to receive is an understatement. They have been more than accommodating and understanding of my fear. Everyone from front desk to the drs have been gentle and never made me feel uncomfortable. I have nothing but praise for this office and definitely recommend them. This team is on East Main right past the Harley shop."

"This place is wonderful the staff are friendly the doctors are good. They do accept Medicaid here and you do receive excellent care. You get consulted on extractions with your doctor. They have you fill out your paperwork on your phone via link you fill out when sent to your mobile number so no paper required. You must reserve your appointment, they do provide after hour dental care. I rate this place a 5 star and would recommend. Personally I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and they did a fantastic job. Have a good day thank you for reading."
