"Never ever have decaf coffee. I always have to wait for brewing. Often, it comes black. I don’t ever order it black, so they often make a mistake of omitting the cream. Ridiculous!!"

"I ordered the Big Mac with a regular bun (I didn't want the sesame seeds). They gave me the Big Mac without any bun. I sent it back and it took about 5 minutes to fix."

"Very slow drive though experience at 8pm tonight. I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but I was in the drive through line for 20 minutes and there were only 7 cars. There appeared to be only 3 employees working the windows and front area and the lady assembling orders and giving them out the drive through window was way too stressed. She needed support badly.l and has none. I'm not trying to say that 7 cars is a small amount but that's a long wait for the privilege of giving this place my money. I rarely eat McDonald's and only rely on them for food when I'm stuck at my jobs nearby, mainly because of the speed of the drive through. Recently, this has happened a lot at other stores too, and for all I know they aren't even the same franchisees, so since I can't rely on it anymore, I'll be looking for another speedy option. However, the new ingredients are good and taste better than the past and this McDonald's is very clean and well kept. They just need more employees."

"I never knew that $100 bill will no longer be accepted. It is not posted anywhere saying that they will not take anything larger than. just makes it more inconvenient for customers to make a fast food order. Ordered five baskets of french fries, and was informed I had to wait. 12 cars have already passed and still been waiting. No fault to the employees. They were just following the rules that upper management have laid out, which makes no sense in trying to serve customer service for a fast food restaurant."

"Easily the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. They got my order wrong and I came back through 15 minutes later to get my order. After speaking to 3 different employees I eventually made it the the last window where, surprise, no one had any idea as to why I was there. I reordered my food probably 3 different times before I actually ordered it to the right person. I asked that they please make it fresh because it has been about 30 minutes since I had ordered and didn’t want food that had just been sitting out that long. They said they would remake it. Surprise surprise they gave me, at this point 45 minute old food. This place is a joke and has the worst service I have seriously ever experienced."
