Del Taco

"We ordered 6 tacos and we were given 3. We didn’t snap until we were home. Management needs to step up and replace the whole night crew! They loaded my whole bag with hot sauce. So I thought it was all the tacos. Just very disappointed I was hungry. Just got out of the Lobo game."

"I liked the food it was good. I went with a friend late at night. Our order was messed up a couple of items were not in the bags. Before checkout I purchased a meal for a man who was there in the freezing cold by the drive through window. All I was able to give him was his coke, his remaining part of the meal was not in the bags either. I was in a (domestic dispute over the entire order) so I was unable to get the rest of his meal. The young lady, who took my order seemed more concerned about hers or her co-workers strawberry shake above anything else."

"Edit: Their customer service is great and they called me to rectify the issue and gave me a free item off the menu. They were very nice about it. Unfortunately there was a big piece of plastic in my burrito. I was halfway through before I found it, so it was pretty embedded. The rice in the burrito was undercooked and crunchy but I could overlook that. It’s fast food yeah, but it’s still a $8 burrito."

"I have always loved Del Taco. This wasn't one of our best visits, but the food was still pretty good. When we pulled up to the window, the employee repeated the order to us, but incorrectly said "Macho strawberry lemonade". I told him I had asked for medium. He still ended up charging us for a macho size, and that's what he gave us. The bean burritos with green sauce have always been one of our favorites. This time, it was mostly just beans. We couldn't really recognize any cheese or green sauce. Overall, we enjoyed our meal."

"The Del Taco was hot and freshly made. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was sparkling clean with a brand new building that opened in August 2023. This small facility has no lobby or dining room. It is a fast food restaurant that has a drive up window and a walk up counter window to order at while standing outside. There are no tables to sit down to eat at, either inside or outside, so plan on eating in your car or take the food to go to eat at home or office. There was no line to wait to order at the walk up window. The place is well organized."
