Taco Bell

"The “manager” said she could not give my money back after coming back up to the register for my incorrect order 3 times and then a 4th time after the food was so poorly made i absolutely did not want it. She was very disrespectful and rude while talking to me and also walked away from me and talked about me out loud and came back and lied saying the talked to the higher up. I get it accidents happen all the time. But the repeatedness of coming back up to the counter to ask for something else that was not includes from my $30+ order they did seem to understand how frustrating it must have been for me as a customer. I left hungry only eating a couple bites from my $30+ order so uneasy and very unappetized. Very rude, of her to talk to me the way she did because she stated she hates when people ask for money back. She simple should not be a manager. Make the young man manager. The so called manager did not have a name badge on but had glasses and was very over wieght you can see the pants screaming for help and she also has tattoos on her left and right arms that looked like a tiger. Do not go here to dine in if you see a big lady with that description she will ruin your food; not care about it, and act like its your fault when addressing the problem and then walks away while talking to you because she cant be a grown adult and have a simple conversation. But hey, karma is real (:"

"The girl working the drive thru at night is always nice to my coworker and I. The food is okay, what you'd expect from Taco Bell. I can't comment on the atmosphere because I always get my order to go."

"Date 12/12 I usually don't eat Taco Bell but was lazy to cook. Anyway whoever was the cook on the evening shift did a very nice job with the meal. Everything was as perfect as Taco Bell could do. No mess, perfectly sealed burritos and packaged nicely. Thank you for doing a very nice job, very noticeable work..."

"Impossible to get any reward points in the Taco Bell app because the receipts always print with missing information. Every time. Like every time. Can't let management know, since store number is not printed well on receipt. Tried to get another receipt today for my purchase and you can't read it and when you ask for management to give you a printed one they can't give you one that's better printed stating that Taco Bell is not allowing them to replace their new receipt printer that doesn't print things well. Maybe they need to be treated on how to clean them with alcohol wipes?"
