Phat Stax Food Truck

"The atmosphere had a good 90’s hip-hop homage. Saw the restaurant promoted by a local foodie on Instagram, the food looked good. But upon receiving our order a G-cheezy, a S.P.M., & and Lil Dicky. The buns to the burger were cool almost cold. Being a New Mexico burger joint the Green chili lacked heat, it was more sweet than heat. The wrinkled hot dog looks as if it had been sitting on a roller for a couple of hours. Over all was not satisfied with the spot, but I hope to a better future for them. Warm or toasted buns could’ve boost the score. Maybe down the road we’ll give it another try. NM true."

"Definitely the best burger in town, the Mc jammer is incredible! The balance of flavors between sweet and salty is sinful in the best way, the OPP was also beyond fire, stacked high with enough meat to make a vegan cry and enough taste to ruin you for for every other burger you try from here on out, and the notorious blt is absolutely in a league of its own, all I gotta say is bravo guys, you’ve outdone yourselves"

"Far from the commercialized smash burgers of Freddy's and tucked in behind Tractor Brewing is Phat Stax Burgers and More. I cannot overstate how good these burgers are, and how excited I am to return and try something else. Often times I find smash burgers to be overy pulverized but the burger I got at Phat Stax reflected the care and thoughtfulness of its maker and again it was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough and if you consider yourself a fan of the humble hamburger, you do yourself a disservice not giving them a try."

"Had the green chili cheeseburger with parmesan garlic fries. Really good!! Used to be a food truck and now is a location right next door to Tractor Brewing location! Great combination of good food and beer next door!! Beer from next door and the Fries with ranch and bacon!! SO GOOD!! A MUST TRY!!!"
