"The curbside pickup is nonexistent. We ordered two skillet cookies. That’s it. Just two cookies. Shouldn’t be hard, right? A quick trip, right? Not even close. We were waiting in the spot for over 30 minutes. I had to call to ask about the order and they said nothing was brought out because the order wasn’t ready yet…for two cookies!? I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was just ridiculous."

"Seem like a cool place, Chili's right? But they didn't know how to cook a burger and they couldn't for the life of them figure out what a club soda is. Everybody was friendly but come on, look at the picture."

"This location always gets my order wrong. I waste so much money in delivery fees having to drive up there to fix their mistake. And they always, ALWAYS insinuate I’m lying. “It looked right when it left”, or something insulting. When I offer to bring it back to show them when I get my corrected order, they always then miraculously no longer insist it was right. It also seems to genuinely hurt them to apologize for their mistake that cost me money and time. Also, it should be noted - I took a several month, if not full year hiatus because of the consistently wrong orders. I was genuinely shocked when the first one in so long was wrong yet again"

"Me and my family went into Chili’s Friday for lunch. Our waitress was Amber, she’s the best and most polite server! She tended to everyone including our young daughter and always had a positive attitude and smile!"

"Fajitas were on point. Sirloin steak was tender. The nachos were good, but a small portion size. Chips and salsa, the chips were freshly made, and the salsa had a good taste but no salsa heat."
