"I work right down the street from here, which has led me to give this place more chances then it deserves. Everytime I order a breakfast item, the eggs cheese and protein are half cold and I can barely eat it. Always missing an ingredient as well. Smoothies are usually good but don't make up for the horrible customer service. Looks like I'm not the only one who has experienced the extremely rude and lazy staff. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience to their life. Think I'm finally done giving this place chances."

"If you’re looking for good bowls I would recommend keva juice instead. Came because it was closer but bowl was $10 and was barely half full, had more granola than anything. Not worth buying."

"Eyeballed Tropical Smoothie Cafe every time I go to the gym near it & decided to order a bowl (nothing else). Anticipated the bowl being slightly larger than a Barbie dish, I was sadly mistaken. Bowls are small, 12oz, & mine was filled a little more than half — not happy when paying close to $10 ($9.37). I try not to be overly critical bc everyone’s just trying to wade thru these f’d up Bidenomic times, but I can’t justify the price with all my financial responsibilities. Taste was good, not backflip worthy, but how can you really go wrong with oatmeal, yogurt & fruit? 1/3 banana sliced up, 1 sliced strawberry, & 10-12 blue berries, so if you’re not very hungry or wanna feed a 2yr old, go with one of the bowls & you’re golden."

"All these 1 stars don't surprise me at all. This place has sub par smoothies, makes me wish there was a keva juice here instead. AWFUL customer service. Workers all act like they hate their job and the manager is one of the most LAZIEST person in food service I've ever seen. He acts angry and spiteful every time you come in and want to order something. Why would you be in food service if you don't want to serve food to people? They never have the ingredients you want add, the manager always says he has them on "backorder" someone fire this guy please, he sucks. Wish I could give a negative one star."

"This building has had some good places over the last few years, it was a poke poke at one point(sigh). I got the mango magic and the lady got a super food smoothie with you protein, they have a great selection of addins but no wheat grass. I thought my drink was good but hers tasted like a dreamcicle. We will be back to try the sandwiches and wraps. I hope these guys will be here for a while it's nice to have healthy options in the south valley."
