Wendy's

"I have food allergies to nightshade (tomatoes) and requested no tomatoes on any of the sandwiches (chicken sandwich and 2 burgers). All 3 sandwiches had tomatoes on them. Luckily, my friend traded their chicken nuggets for my bacon burger, so I at least got to eat something. I didn't have time to go back and wait in line, again. This is the third time Wendy's employees have put a food allergen on our order. We used to eat Wendy's weekly, I don't see wasting any more money on food I can't eat."

"Went through the drive up. Received my food , ordered a salad , I opened the bag , no dressing inside . I asked the woman at the window , she looked at me a disgust look and slammed the window shut . She reopened the window, literally threw the dressings at me , I said ( Did I piss you off or what?)Again she slammed the window shut. That idiot woman should be mopping floors or cleaning toilet, she has no personality to be dealing with people ,She may been a useless manager ,this was Tuesday Jan 30th , 1:30 pm ish approx. I WILL NO NOT BE BACK ,AND WILL PASS ON MY EXPERIENCE !!!!"

"Super quiet night, the drive through was busy but the inside dining was 100% empty for the three of us to enjoy. The food was good, and I love the flavor options on the drink machines here, it makes it a little extra special compared to anywhere else. I tried the ghost pepper burger and it was pretty mild for what I was expecting."

"Just went this morning. Ordered 3 vanilla frostys all I got was a rude “we don’t carry vanilla!” Like I’m suppose to know that? So I ordered 3 peppermint instead and my kids hated them. I was nice the whole time, just put up with the attitude because you never know what someone is going through but I’m going through a lot as well and was still able to be nice…."

"I just got a couple chicken sandwiches from this location and we noticed one of the sandwich buns had mold. I had already finished my chicken sandwich before my partner noticed the mold on hers. I brought it back expecting my meal to be comped but instead they insisted I get a different sandwich made. I told the lady at the window I’m not going to eat there anymore because it doesn’t seem safe, multiple times. She continued to say they don’t do refunds so I finally replied can I talk to a higher up or a manager. That’s when she asked to see my sandwich and receipt. After a few moments passed she stuck her hand out the window with two single dollar bills and my original receipt and said”here’s the refund for the crispy sandwich” I tried explaining that I feel like I probably ate mold and want a full refund. She insisted my sandwich didn’t have mold and explained that there were only mold on the small sandwich buns because those ones are in the sun, and that they thought they got rid of all the buns that had mold but they missed one. I was extremely disappointed with how they handled their mistake. I will definitely never eat here again and make sure everyone i know is aware of the mold situation here."
