"Good food and great service. All of the servers as well as the manager were welcoming and cared about their customer's satisfaction. A great example of what service should look like. I have no complaints regarding this location. But in regards to Chile's as a whole, I'm a bit disappointed that the 3 for me meal no longer includes 2 sides. You used to be able to get a starter and entrée with 2 sides. The other most notable change is that the serving of fries is much smaller than it used to be. That is not a specific issue with this location, it is something that our family and friends have noticed and commented on at all the Chile's locations. I just feel like, come on Chile's you can do better."

"We love this chili's location! So sad we moved away from the area because the customer service is seriously amazing. Huge shout out to Angel for handling our gift card situation. She took the time to figure out how to process the payment and was super friendly while doing it. We appreciate the fast service, tasty food as well."

"Top notch service!! It was raining outside. My daughter went to get the car to pick up me and my Grand daughter. The hostess went above and beyond by helping me by taking the left overs to the car so i could carry my grand daughter to the car. Thats service!!! Food was perfect! Hostess was friendly! "I might be wrong, but I believe this is the newest Chili's in Albuquerque. We visited for Veteran's Day. The food, atmosphere, and service were great. Our server (can't remember her name) was one of the nicest people I have met. Will definitely be back!!"
