"#5 was small but really tasty, better than the comparable Dave’s Single at Wendy’s. Kids Chicken tenders looked good too and enjoyed the chocolate shake, felt classic. But so expensive for so little food. Didn’t feel welcomed by staff, but it’s probably due to training. Multiple tables were very sticky, serving tray was very warped, and the water in the vending machine ran out halfway through filling it. Felt like this could be really good if they took time to notice the little things. Felt like it burned an almost $20 hole in my pocket and I’m still hungry."

"I PRAY YOUR MANAGEMENT SEES THIS! UNACCEPTABLE!! I have never been to Carl’s Jr. ever as a vegetarian. My husband is not and has been before. So In my diet, I do allow fish and I was excited to try their new fish sandwich. My husband and I showed up to the restaurant thru the drive thru and was told thru the drive thru to order our food at the window. As we sat at the window, they continued to take other orders before us. We sat at the window for quite some time and decided to go inside. My husband went inside and asked for the manager, and he refused to give him his name. He observed that there was only one cook In the back, making all of the orders. The manager who chose to remain nameless was manning the register and drive-through. Those were the only employees working. period. Carl’s Jr with the nameless manager, ls located at the Walmart on Unser and southern needs to know how to schedule people right and not give managerial experience to people who are not equipped to be managers. Might want to take a look at your employees Mr Jr. we were treated like crap on fish Friday…. Even after speaking with the manager, we were unable to still get our food, so we went to another place. We weren’t even able to order."

"Where's the customer service? The food was warm not hot and fresh. Especially when they pulled my car and made me park and wait. Being greated at the menu board and the window, the employees were very rude, and I did not feel welcome. No manners at all. No please, or thank you, or have a good evening from any of the staff. I was a general manager at one time working for this franchise. The size of the drinks got smaller and the service sucks. I don't think I will come back due to over priced food and rude employees. I paid almost $15.00 for one western combo medium sized. I could have got twice the food at Wendy's or Panda for that much. It's so sad that this place is going down hill. I don't mind paying good money for food as long as I get good service and the food is actually fresh. That is one thing Carl's Jr. does not have anymore. I don't recommend anyone to eat here anymore."

"The food has gone down hill. McDonald’s would be better cheaper and bigger. I really used to enjoy my Carl’s Jr but man it’s been getting worse every time. Never has co2 for drinks or is completely out of drinks. Kids burgers are worse than a happy meal. I spend $40 a time here but I will be taking my business to McDonald’s from now on. Sad when McDonald’s is better then Carl’s Jr"

"Used to be able to get some decent chicken strips at Carl's Jr, went today and was seriously disappointed. Made the order, was told it would be another 10 minute wait, no problem, I'll wait. We get them, and not only are they NOT fresh (what exactly was the wait for??) they were seriously overcooked little strips of dry sadness. We paid $28 for the 2 meals... getting redicously expensive, but if we get what we paid for, it's easier to handle...but when we're told to wait extra time for absolutely terrible food at super high prices, that's NOT OK. Won't be back to this location if I go back to Carl's at all...I can get better at Chili's for that cost."
