"In my recent vacation, my family and I stopped here for breakfast three times. The first two days service and everything was awesome, they were attentive to order details such as withholding cheese from sandwiches or making sure coffee was decaf. Today we went and everything was terrible they messed up the order, they were impatient with us as we tried to explain their mistake and what we did order. It took almost 30 minutes to get everything right. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"
"This is by far the best McDonald's I go to and I also meet for my son's visitation hand offs at another one often so I definitely frequent the local Ronald McDonald community of the west side. The fries are always hot and fresh, service is always correct and fast and I have never in all my life seen McDonald's management that actually utilized quantity customer service skills and genuinely appeared to take pride in his job and store"
"I'm going to keep this story short, I went in for dinner I asked for fresh food the girl was probably about 17 if that I don't think she understands what fresh means I went over what I wanted for my meal as soon as I paid for it she went to the bank and tried to hand me food that was made already without any of the modifications I asked for or the fact that the food wasn't even fresh ask for the manager the manager took a whole half an hour to come to the front to see what I needed even after I asked for a refund because the manager was taking too long and the girl acted like she didn't know what fresh meant I then spoke to the manager when he finally came to the front I let him know that his staff was wrestling with their gloves on and that they needed to change their gloves before they made my food and the fact that I wanted my food to be made fresh just to keep the story short he had an attitude and told me he was going to give me my money back after I've been in the store for almost 45 minutes waiting for him to come back to the front even though I asked for a refund a half an hour before the actual refund came how do you not know what fresh food means how do you not train your people to wash their hands before they make people's food and to know what fresh food means this is absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back to this location it's not that hard then the manager refuses to give me his name told me I will never figure out his name nor will I ever find out his name I told him that's ridiculous and if you are a manager you need to tell people your name so that they know who to refer to it's not like I can't call corporate or ask the GM who he is but anyway needless to say this is a terrible place to eat if you want safe food to eat do not come here the manager literally got mad at me because I wanted to eat food that was safe I don't understand that"
"Surrounded by homeless people and a drug happened right in front of us in the parking lot. We went in just to get coffee and the staff had us waiting 15 minutes just for coffee. They literally took care of the drive thru and ignored us until we complained that the order was taking long. I will be calling the corporate office because these folks don’t have the right systems in place at all."
"I went here on 6/27/23, and the bathroom was a mess. No handsoap, and when you ask for soap, they acted like that was too big a job to do. There were I believe 2 management type people (male and female). Everyone seemed rude, and I should have walked out. The drink station was filthy. The lady management was rude for sure. Like they don't want to clean and don't want to tell employees to go do it. My first sandwich (big mac) the bottom crust was hard and dry, so the male management made me another one. It was fresh but made very sloppy. It's just an overall bad experience. Will call corporate ."
