"I’m pretty fair when leaving reviews. I’ve worked in restaurants so I know how difficult it can be especially with customers who are problematic…. But this location is in constant disarray. The staff at the window gave us someone else’s order which is just an accident but proceeded to act like it was our fault. I showed them my receipt that shows our full order then stared into space not apologizing not saying they will make it right then just walked away. 10 minutes later comes back with the first item I ordered I had to then ask for the second and third item I ordered. When reviving our bagel it was frozen on the inside so I then had to annoy them again and ask for another. I have never had to ask for every item I’ve ordered. This store used to have great staff I don’t know what happened. I love dunkin and what they stand for. I am so disappointed. Do not come to this dunkin the location on Wyoming NE Abq is much better… well worth the 20 min drive."
"It's 2024, the Pandemic is over. We pulled up and saw a woman come walking out with ice cream. So we parked and went inside. The gentleman working inside insisted we had to go through the drive-thru. The woman working told us it was fine, that she would serve us. The fact that one person wanted to serve us and the other didn't tells me one of two things. This location is still trying to avoid serving people inside due to covid, or some workers just want to work drive'thru. Either way, this stand alone location is a wasted investment if that's the case. Word of advice to the franchisee, HIRE more employees and advance your training techniques. The only reason everything wasn't rated one star on this review was because of the woman working that was willing to serve us. Inside the establishment. Like a regular person."
"Nice enough young men working, but the wife and I ordered a hot fudge sundae, two strawberry sprinkle donuts, and a toasted almond coffee. Coffee wasn't coffee. It was mega-rich hot cocoa that was literally undrinkable. The donuts were thrown in a paper sack frosting side down without sprinkles. Oh, and they didn't have any spoons for my wife's sundae. Will not be back, probably ever."
"Quick and easy stop for a quick coffee or food refuel. Friendly and polite service! Great fresh coffee. Donuts and sandwiches too. Cake case is locked with a cable and lock?? Make your own conclusions on that!!"
"My daughter is so happy the inside is open again. This is our family treat at night. The young men and women who work here are always nice. They don't always have everything but they rotate flavors pretty often so keep coming back. The kids work hard and make my daughter's day with ice cream... But my waist suffers."
