"Ordered our food as meals with Large Chocolate covered Strawberry shakes and Large Chilli Cheese Tots. The shakes wasn't what they're supposed to be. The Chile cheese tots were a medium size not a larg like what we ordered. The employee's was to damn busy goofing off with their friends in the stall next to us. Plus the lids on our shakes popped off making a mess in my Chevy Avalanche. I'm very tempted to send them the cleaning bill for the mess. Plus we had to ask for spoons for our shakes. We're never visiting another Sonic again. To add to the review our Shakes had Peanut Butter in them."

"Seriously terrible Sonic! Ordered two burgers, waited 20 minutes and they came out literally ice cold. We sent them back and the new burgers came back the same. Pretty sure they just sent us our same burgers back. We ate them because we are hungry on a long road trip (and because we paid $30) but we will never stop at this location again. Someone else on these reviews said it’s been bad for 10 years. Really Sonic? This location is damaging your brand cred!"

"I waited for 20 minutes in a stall that said red button activated. Nobody ever came on to take my order after pressing several times. I then moved to another location at which time they said they would be right with me. 15 minutes later and three times again pushing the button they finally took my order. The order came out quickly but was completely wrong not one single thing I ordered was right other than the unsweetened tea. When I told them this order was wrong they seemed irritated with ME. I realize they are short staffed but this is ridiculous"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Bought a chili cheese dog tonight, got home and there is mold on my bread! How disgusting. I called and complained and they said if I want a refund I have to drive 20 minutes back to sonic with the chili cheese dog in hand…."
