"The room and hotel itself was fine, very basic room with everything we needed. Staff was friendly. I gave a low rating for a few reasons. 1. Dog hair in the tub. Not a huge deal but still kinda gross. 2. The tv would not stay on. It kept saying it was trying to connect. We’d get it to work then 15min later, it would shut off. 3. This was my biggest problem. IT IS SO LOUD! I’m writing this review at 3:50am, I’ve been awake since about 2:30am due to loud banging coming from the halls and outside area of the hotel. I understand this building is located right next to the highway however all the noises were not from cars. There were literal bangs and sounds coming from everywhere inside. It was extremely hard to get a restful nights sleep here. I would not recommend this place."

"No complaints at all! The service was awesome in the hotel and in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved all the art decor, both in the room and in the restaurant. Also, the hotel itself is really nice looking. We will be coming back this way in two weeks and stay again."

"Fantastic stay at this Best Western. All of what you would expect (clean rooms, friendly staff, and decent prices) plus the great feeling that everyone went above and beyond to accommodate guests. Especially with the cook-to-order complementary breakfast. Good food and GREAT service (as well as for dinner the night before). Would definitely recommend this location."

"Extremely nice accommodations. Every staff member we met was extremely nice, friendly and helpful! Shuttle service was great, always ready as requested and pickup was prompt. All requests were handled immediately. Best breakfast of any Best Western we have previously stayed. Restaurant and bar were excellent and again all staff were great! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Albuquerque. Thanks everyone!"

"We are Best Western loyal customers. We've been to Best Westerns in many states including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and more. Hands down my best experience was this Best Western. I loved the location. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The pet friendly rooms were actually clean including the floors. It's rare that the floors have been vacuumed. Most of the time, Best Westerns just sweep the hard floors but this one had been obviously vacuumed because it was free of debris which we really appreciate. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The room layout was very comfortable. The pillows were actually rectangular instead of square and had some substance to them. The beds were comfortable. They offer milk bones for your dog at the front desk when you check in, the room has bowls for water and food for your dog, and there's a dog bed in the room. There were plenty of the rolling carts to bring your luggage inside and up the elevator to your room. If I was going to provide some constructive feedback I would recommend that housekeeping actually open up the trash bags instead of just laying them across the trash can. There's no way you can get trash to actually go in the trash can unless you pull out the trash bag and actually open it. Customers don't want to open the trash bags so that the trash actually goes into the trash cans. Also, there wasn't an obvious place for pets to go to the bathroom. There should be an area with rocks so dogs can potty easily. The restaurant had a very good breakfast for my husband with eggs, potatoes, and sausage. This breakfast was complimentary. Do not order the breakfast burrito because they put way too much sauce. They ruined the burrito with the sauce. That's the only few things I would recommend improving because I highly recommend this best western and we will definitely stay here again. There was also a sunset from our room which was an added bonus!"
