"I've stayed here multiple times. Always good. My only complaint this time is the bathroom was a bit small."
"We were very pleased. When we arrived for our extended stay, there was still a bit of remodeling being done, but now it looks completed. The staff has gone over and above with being friendly, professional and accommodating. What ever we needed, they took care of it. The hotel is close to the airport and restaurants, but not close enough to walk. The airport shuttle which services 4 or 5 hotels generally took only 10 minutes to pick us up. The restaurant is extra but the food is good and cheaper and quicker than ubering to someplace else. The hotel was always full and quiet and since it was just remodeled, everything looks and feels new and fresh. We are looking forward to our next visit."
"BEWARE, the bathroom is VERY slippery. After shower… there is no protection with keeping water in the shower. The water will get everywhere. I fell and hurt my arm and knee. BE CAREFUL!!"
"I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times, and it’s one of my favorites! Clean, quiet, very polished, and the staff are excellent. Jessica at the front desk is especially helpful and awesome!"
"From the second I got there nothing but rude. I'm guessing the front desk clerk is racist, I have her my passport and said today or NO. She has her daughter working with her on evening who pretended to help just "discover" my dogs. Accused me of breaking in the room, lied said I was in the wrong room, lied said the was a guest stuff still in the room, inappropriately banged and/or kicked on the door, threaten to call the police and have me kicked out. All that instead of going and telling me my registered certified service dogs were not allowed (they were) but she'll let it slide. After forcing me to lock my dogs for a day she claimed she'd allow it. Falsely Accused my dog of deficating in the lobby and if he did her fault. Has her daughter. The second she saw my passport her face because angry and came up with excuses to get me kicked out. I'm assuming the GM is aware otherwise she wouldn't be so brave and mistreat guests the way she treated me. Tried to charge me for free hot chocolate ONLY ME"
