"Absolutely disgusting! Zero stars if I could. First thing we noticed were multiple homeless individuals on the sidewalk outside the hotel smoking crack, weed, or whatever. The door was broken from being kicked in. The hallways smelled of urine and smoke, and the room was nasty with multiple stains on the walls, floor and shower. We requested a refund and were refused. We ended up staying at a much nicer hotel for not much more money. Would not recommend booking and wasting your money"
"Stayed for 1 night on March 9 2024. The area around the hotel is filled with homeless people. The building itself looks outdated from the interior. The exterior doors do not lock even at night so anyone can enter. The second air conditioner in my room was not working. It was stuck in cool and couldn't change temperature so had to unplug it. The sink drain was partially clogged and water would take a while to go down. The shower head was calcified horribly and the water pressure was bad as a result. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had. Aside from the helpful and friendly staff this location has nothing going for it and will be the last time I stay there."
"Spent 4 nights here. King room up against I40. Bed firm, and pillows small. Mismatching colors and furniture. If the couch could talk. I was afraid to sit on it. Bathroom in need of some deep cleaning. No flow shower head. One day, out of eggs for breakfast. The area is full of homeless drug addicts. Take the elevators at your own risk."
"The area is no HORRIBLE. The hotel, rooms, staff, facility are fine. Last year, we stayed at the Days Inn next door. I can't believe Wyndham puts their name on that property. There is now a large homeless population village around the hotels in this block. Apparently they just kicked them off the property, but they roam around. I walked down the block to Buffalo Wild Wings just before dark & 25-30 homeless, looking like zombies were on the sidewalks. When we left in the morning, there was 8-10 store shopping carts loaded with belongings on the sidewalks with no people in sight. Suggest staying in a different part of town."
"Pros: Clean rooms & comfortable beds. Shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure and had a safety bar. Staff was friendly even though I checked in really late. There's also a outdoor pool with a heated hot tub/spa. (Didn't use it, but nice feature). In looking for a water fountain, I found one in the fitness center and decided to try it out. It was a very basic one with an elliptical, cycle, and treadmill + 3 weight balls. It was decent considering that and it was clean and alcohol wipes were provided for those sensitive to infection. Only one Con: I expected free breakfast and due to a flood sometime last night in their kitchen, so the breakfast I was looking forward to was cancelled. They are giving a refund of ten dollars off your bill, but it would've been better if they had some breakfast alternative."
