"I'm obligated to give it 5 stars. After all, I live here, and I love it here!"
"Lived here now for 5 months, and i love it. When i first moved here, i was the only person in this building, the other three apartments were vacant. It was a little scary, so i got permission to put up a motion sensor camera above my door. One night, it was going off every 3 minutes. My door is an interior one, opening out on an interior hallway, with security doors at both ends. I finally figured out that the shadows of trees, blowing in the wind, were setting it off. Aargh! The next day, i heard voices in the hallway, so i manually activated the camera, and two maintenance men were at the storage closet, RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR. And the motion sensor wasnt activated. Bye-bye, security camera! But, i do love it here, and apartments here are hard to come by, so i was blessed ########UPDATE######## I just signed my second year lease. I don't quite understand why my rent went upup 36.00, but I still love it here. The perps still love it. It feels like home, and that's what's important."
"Yay! I was approved and now live in this wonderful place! Allison (the manager) is so nice, and worked with me regarding my move in. Maintenance was very prompt in making the entrance wheelchair accessible My dogs and I LOVE it here!"
