"This has been our favorite place we’ve lived, we love the open space and how quiet it is, but it’s a little bit concerning the amount of issues and maintenance requests needed right off the bat. It seemed as though the move out inspection didn’t happen before we moved in, we weren’t able to get keys until the evening and the carpets were still sopping wet when we entered too. Thankfully the maintenance was very polite and fixed each issue we had in a timely manner. Management is great and responsive too which is awesome! I also read another review about parking being an issue, I have noticed this as well so I’m grateful for the overflow lot."
