Eagle Ridge Apartments

"We have been here for about a month and a half. So far so good. Apts are spacious and clean. We had a leak the first week, someone was there to fix it the same day. I never hear my neighbors. I don't know if maybe I just have good and quiet neighbors but I hear nothing. If I had a complaint, it would be, grocery day. Carrying groceries up to the 3rd floor sucks, but I knew there wasn't an elevator when I moved in. Office staff is great. Kim is super helpful and kind, as well as the other gal that just started. Maintenance was prompt and respectful. She also made sure to clean up her workspace before leaving. I haven't noticed the grounds or building looking unkept. The location is great and so far I am very happy. I will update my review once we have been here a while longer though:)"

"Do not rent from this place. The property is not clean. Hallways are always gross and a mess. There is a huge mice problem. Alot of the residents are not good people and don't follow policies( management does nothing about it). Garbage area is always gross and has furniture sitting there or other junk that doesn't belong in a dumpster. Not alot of parking for your guests. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing."

"First I must say I don't live here so I cannot speak of management and customer service. I only know of they upkeep of the property because my son's father resides here. The hallways are often left with trash such as cups, wrappers etc in them and seem to always smell atrocious. I've been told it's not just his father's building. This past summer pigeons tore up and nested in the roofing above the entryway to the building. It was left that way for quite some time. Based solely upon what I have seen, I would not refer anyone to rent here."

"i used to live here, moved out in 2020, and i had the best experience. I lived here for 5 years. very quiet side of town and right by walmart! I think affordable housing should be apart of every neighborhood regardless if there are million dollar homes, or hundred thousand dollar homes. If i could move back i definitely would. i felt safe here"
