"I’d give 0 if I could. More than once the property manager has charged me fees illegally. I know legitimate property managers that know the ins and outs of the job and tenant rights so I was able to catch it but it makes me wonder how many people have dished out thousands to this company that they legally should not have been charged for. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t live here."

"I lived here from January 2023 to September 2023, and I regret it immensely. For starters the size to price ratio is not there, and the buildings extremely old with very little new things done to it. My bathroom shower wall collapsed around june, and when I moved out in September it had still not been fixed. When I was having issues with my roommate, I would try and explain to the landlord the issues I was having, and she showed no sympathy nor any willingness to help. I understand that's not her job, but when it got so bad that I told her I was going to leave, she threatened that me and my roommate would both be billed for the remaining amount of rent, even though I was just a dependent, and not a tenant. I wasn't even 18 yet, and I was looking at around $4,500 in debt. She didn't win with that obviously. If able stay away from this apartment complex. Thank you EDIT: My review did change because the first one submitted was done after only living there a month. I had no idea the horrors that awaited me"

"This was a good place to live for a year. It’s quiet. I never was bothered from sounds from other apartments. It’s well maintained. Something breaks they’re on it. They gave me most of my deposit back. Very fair."

"I lived at Country Bluff for about a year. Overall a good experience. The hallways are very dimly lit and people often leave large pieces of furniture out by the trash that does not get picked up so it can be there for months. But the office staff are sweethearts and I had a good experience with them. When I moved in my apartment was newly renovated so it looked overall okay. Proximity to the hospital is what keeps my review a 4."
