"The worst place to live in rapid City! They charged me $518 because I moved out 3 days early. Small claims court it is! The worst management ever since Lacrosse lost their original owner. Do you want to live in a place that you can't do your laundry? Do you want to live in a place where drunks hang out in the hallway?"

"This place sucks!!! Horrible management. Don’t even bother renting. They are liars and manipulators. They apologize on the feedback but they don’t really mean it. Nothing actually gets fixed. With constant screaming and arguing, dogs barking 24/7, babies screaming and running around the hallway past midnight. This place is a disaster. Nothing literally gets fixed at all. When I first moved in, the A/C was broken. Also, the photos aren’t what you see in person. The apartments are small and disgusting! Don’t bother."

"I'd give zero stars if I was able. Management does nothing about inconsiderate neighbors! Can't even get a moment's peace in my own apartment! They'll lie to you and say they will take care of it but they really won't! I've been here for years and this past year made me really regret it. Do NOT make the mistake of living here! Peaceful living is a RIGHT."

"Honestly probably the worst possible place you could live. Living here was great when Devyn and other management ran the show but ever since the new group took over it’s been a nightmare. If you have pets I advise you to be careful, we were forced to rehome our puppy by the new manager cause of 1 pee accident on the concrete outside a month after it had happened even though a previous person that worked in the office said everything would be okay as long as we cleaned it and it didn’t happen again which was the case. The whole property always smells like weed and they do nothing about it. All of your neighbors whether they are above, below, or beside you will be very loud and non considerate of your peace and when you try to file a complaint nothing will change. Maintenance never shows up when you need something fixed and if they do it’s weeks after you need something done. The office NEVER answers their phones and 85% of the time there won’t even be someone in the office when they’re supposed to be open. It’s also just extremely over priced. You pay all of your own utilities on top of your rent and really the end cost you could easily afford a house for the same price. Don’t make the mistake as I did and live here because it will truly be the worst experience of your life and at the same time this company doesn’t deserve your well earned money when all they’re gonna end up doing is acrewing you over."

"not a great or even good place to live. the new manager is incredibly rude. i spoke to her once in person and she’s just a nasty person. if you love arrogant neighbors, unhelpful, rude management, this place is for you. i don’t recommend. this place has gone downhill."
