Reviews
"They're extremely poorly maintained, they do not deserve the amount of rent they ask for. The apartments have shoddy electricity, mice and rodents are common."
"Wouldn't recommend this place been here bout 7 months stuff was broken when I moved in did the walk thur check list and recorded everything that was wrong and was told a work ticket was done and things would be fixed here 7 months later and stuff still ain't fixed even tho u call several time's to report stuff broken or water leaks nobody ever shows up to fix the issues and crime around here is outta hand had my vehicles ran into things stolen outta my pickup my son even had 3 teen punks jump him outside and steal his shoes drunks coming into the buildings all hours of the night people constantly setting off the fire alarms not a good place to live but man they are quick to want that rent tho"
"This place has gone downhill with the new management. The property is not clean and they stopped shoveling snow off the sidewalks. The rent increased and with that they made all tenants pay more on their security deposits. Including the elderly that keep their apartment very clean. Most of them have to budget to survive and have a hard time coming up with an extra 500.00 out of thin air in such a short time. The lady I know there had to have her son pay it or they threatened she would be evicted after 5 or 6 years of paying her rent on time. Pretty sad when we treat our elderly this way. You should be ashamed of yourselves for that. Instead of treating the good tenant that way you should focus on trying to get the gang activity back out of there. I don't feel safe at night when visiting. Don't move In here because you will be disappointed! The place has become very disgusting and run down! Two thumbs down."
"I have never owned an apartment before or even really dealt with anything related to housing. I had submitted an application here. Never got a call back so I started calling the last couple days and no one would pick up the phone. I went in today to ask about my application, she didn't ask me my name or anything, she asked me what I'm looking for and I said 1 Bedroom, she said in order for me to hold the apartment I'd have to pay the security deposit of $798, I then called her later and asked how that would work on getting refunded if I didn't get approved for the apartment since it's through money order, she told me to leave it blank, which in my opinion is sketchy because if she wanted to she could write that in her name and cash it. So I decided not to go with these apartments, just because of that. And after talking among other people they told me not to go through with it."
"I have been a tenant of this apartment complex for nearly 3 years. I have had my truck broken into and my apartments almost broke into twice. After almost 2 years of complaints and promises of cameras being installed and increased security, they finally hired security to patrol about twice a day and added a few more outside lights. As for the management of the property, they are almost completely useless. When you call about an issue with leaks or broken appliances they sometimes forget to submit a ticket or call maintenance. They will not confirm or follow up on whether someone has been contacted to come out. They refuse to give any time frame of any repairs or schedule times properly. They act like its a hassle when I insist on being at my apartment for maintenance work. Any health and safety issues are blatantly ignored and they lie about details and severity of such concerns. My next door neighbor went weeks without heat in the dead of winter even after several attempts to get management to help and threats to sue, which made the local news.. There are so many more complaints i could make about billing issues. About leasing mistakes, double charging, increasing the security deposit after living here for 2 year already, the lack of details on what youre being charged for, the list is extensive about how poorly this place is managed. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived."
